ΗAthens hosts the New Nordic movement — three of Europe’s most influential bars at Naked Athens. The city continues to strengthen its position on the global bartending map, hosting one of the most exciting bar events of the year.

On Friday, March 27, Naked Athens (NKD) welcomes three bars that have shaped the contemporary European scene — Himkok from Oslo, Tjoget from Stockholm and Bird from Copenhagen.

The event begins at 14:00 with the seminar “The New Nordic Pour”, presenting the philosophy behind Scandinavian bartending: minimal aesthetics, sustainability, a strong focus on ingredients and a clean flavour identity. It will take place at the Naked Athens lab, at 6 Kairi Arcade, and no reservation is required to attend. The session will be moderated by Jakob Sundin, one of the most recognised figures in the industry and 50 Best Bars Chair.
In the evening, at 20:00, Naked Athens transforms into an international meeting point, hosting guest shifts from the three bars. Guests will have the opportunity to experience signature cocktails and creations that reflect the philosophy of each bar, in a night with a strong international character.

The experience is complemented by a specially designed street food concept for the evening by ONE Burger, creating a complete night-out experience.
An outstanding line-up not to be missed — whether you are a hospitality professional looking to explore current trends, or a cocktail enthusiast eager to discover the style of these leading bars.
Through continuous collaborations and international guest appearances, Naked Athens reaffirms its role as one of the most dynamic representatives of the Greek bar scene, bringing Athens to the forefront of industry developments.
